Guest jbc4laughs Posted February 22, 2010 Share Posted February 22, 2010 my client only ships via fedex and right now they use fedex ship manager to generate the fedex tracking code and label. Then they manually enter the 15 digit tracking code into a field in cubecart 4 admin tool and select "shipped" which generates an email to the user saying the order is shipped and provides a link to track the order via fedex tracking. Fedex ship manager can output a csv file daily with order number and tracking number and if this file could be imported into cubecart admin then the fulfillment team could copy and paste the tracking number instead of having to manually enter it. (they would need to put the cubecart order number into a field in the fedex ship manager...) Anyone know if this can be done?
