Guest Steve.Thompson
Hi All. I've just moved my store from the /shop directory to the root directory. Everything appears to be working ok, except that it will not display any of the logos. In the Admin / Logos screen, the default logos appear, but not on the client side. If I upload a new logo all I get is a pizza box. On the client side, no logo, whether I'm using the default logo or an uploaded logo. Any suggestions please? Thanks, Steve. Robsta
I'm assuming you have updated the global.inc.php configuration file.
Guest Steve.Thompson
Yes. Are these the only two entries to edit? $glob['rootRel'] = '/'; $glob['storeURL'] = 'http://thompsonebooks.com.au'; Thanks, Steve.

Robsta
Accessing the logo via the reference in the style sheet returns a server error. Make sure the images directory and all files/directories within are CHMOD 777, then try uploading your logo file in Admin again.
Guest Steve.Thompson
Tried all that. Still not displaying any logo, even the default logos don't display. Steve.
Robsta
Tried all that. Still not displaying any logo, even the default logos don't display. Steve.I don't know then, sounds like you need someone to look at it. Your options are either to submit a support ticket to Devellion to get the admin logo changer to work correctly, edit the style sheet to add the logo image directly, or commission a developer in the third-party site. Guest Steve.Thompson
I followed the install instructions and I followed the instructions to move it to the root directory. Now it won't display even the default logos on the client screens and it won't display any uploaded logos on the admin screen. It's also not displaying secure pages correctly when I enter the secure url https... When I first bought this software, I had to pay extra, by buying support points, to fix a bug. Why do I have to keep paying? Steve.
Guest Steve.Thompson
Problem still exists. IE8 shows a "Done, but with errors on page" message. Robsta
You need to upgrade the skin to the version of CubeCart you are using.
Guest Steve.Thompson
The problem first started with a standard skin. Tried all of the skins, same problem. In Admin / Logos, if I upload a new logo, it does not show in the Admin / Logos screen, just a pizza box. Steve.
Robsta
What version of v4 are you using?
Guest Steve.Thompson
4.3.
Robsta
4.3.8 The skin you have there now looks fine with v4.3.8. The skin you had there previously was more likely pre v4.3.3/2.
Guest Steve.Thompson
Not quite. The logo is not displaying. The skin that I'd like to use, was originally using, is the Carreta-Soft. The logo in that skin forms the background to the Register, Login and Account links and they're not visible. And, if I upload a new logo, it still doesn't show in the Admn / Logos screen or on the client pages. STeve
Guest Steve.Thompson
Couldn't solve the problem so deleted everything and installed from scratch. Seems to be working ok. I'm not touching it again. STeve.
