Guest Posted March 9, 2010 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Hi all, just started doing some work on s site for a client using cubecart v4... but i just noticed that it has the usual issue of no redirects when changing a product name or category. Eg a product once in http://www.site.com/category1/prod_9.html then moved to http://www.site.com/category2/prod_9.html is still visible on both URL's. Even worse than that, you can pretty much put anything before the /prod_9.html and get the page up. eg http://www.site.com/blah _blah/prod_9.html This is a really bad oversight, and means the clients site index in google is now full of old and redundant url's. SO, is there an automatic redirect module hidden away somewhere that will take care of this, or has anyone written one? Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
