No Image Uploader after Upgrading to 3.0.20

Hi,

I recently upgraded to 3.0.20 apparently successfully, but when I click on the Upload Images link in the admin Panel it just goes to the Image Manager with no option to upload (both the Manage Images and Upload Images links point to drurylanebears.co.uk/admin/filemanager) and I get a done with errors message in the status area - the error it generates is as follows:

Message: Expected ')'

Line: 316

Char: 52

Code: 0

URI: http://drurylanebears.co.uk/admin/filemanager/

If I try to access the upload script directly it gives me Error: already exists please rename the file you are attempting to upload or browse for this file instead.

The same thing happens on the View Products screen when I try to upload a new image.

could anyone advise what might be happening please?
