Guest s111ppg Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 I'm looking at the possibility of using CubeCart to run an online Shop and am just trying to understand exactly how orders received from customers are processed. It appears that Orders received are listed on the Customer Orders screen, and an Admin then has to go into each individual order, print the packing slip, then change the status once payment has been received. It strikes me that this would be a cumbersome way of processing any significant order volume. It would help for starters, for example, if there is a function available to print all new/unprinted packing slips. Is this possible in the standard package?
