zend issue after install

I installed cubecart and got the error zend cart cannot be optimized, I installed ioncube and it appears to be works I get this message after runningh the loader check.

The ionCube Loader 3.3.14 is installed and encoded files should run successfully.

Please contact the script provider if you do experience any problems running encoded files.

For security reasons we advise that you remove this Wizard script from your server now that the Loader is installed.

Now when I go to the store Im still getting the

Zend Optimizer not installed page, any suggestions?
