I've looked at the below file: \includes\boxes\categories.inc.php But can't really see were to edit. Ideally what I would like displayed in the 'Shop by Category' box is: Category name Product 1 Product 2 Product 3 Category name Product 1 Product 2 Product 3 and so on.
