Guest ripla5
Hi, we have some problems with our CC4 install which when a user selects the option in the checkout process 'I Do Not Wish To Create An Account' they are given an error message - Please make sure all required fields are completed. We have looked at this before with support and a solution could not be found, however, I was wondering if it would be possible to actually remove this checkbox option - This would solve the problem and ensure that all customers create an account which can only be a good thing. TIA Rich
leeofaccy
Have you filled in all required fields marked with a * i.e name, address, tel no, etc? If you check the 'I Do Not Wish To Create An Account' box, there is no need to create an account by entering a password. All other fields must be filled in that have a *. Hi, yes we have tried this but it still falls over at that point. Basically the only way to bypass the error is to ignore the checkbox and fill in a password, our thinking is to remove this option from the checkout so the error wouldn't occur and it would force end-users to create an account which we would like to achieve anyway. leeofaccy
Not sure why that is happening. If you want to put up your store URL I will have a look.
