Guest ripley Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 I have just installed this to test and I am eager to find out if it will be suitable for my client However I cannot get into admin: Software License Error #12 Communication Error. My server admin guy says "From the sound of it the error is caused by the two way firewall on your server blocking the call home the script is making. Can you please get the IP range the script is calling to from cubecart and provide the IP range to us in a ticket response and we will be happy to set an allow rule up on the firewall for you.
