Take a FULL backup of your existing files and database and check that it is complete. This is critical in case the upgrade process fails or there is an error. The file that was saved was only 363KB. It seems pretty small, but... Before I do anything, I want to make sure that's the correct backup size. One other thing, I'm not exactly sure where these update is supposed to go. I went to our ftp site and saw that there were a bunch of different files. The only place where I saw a CubeCart file was in the public_html folder, but the folder I saw that had all of the images that were being used in the store was in the public_folder, but was a seperate file. One was named "CubeCart" and the other was named "store". Attached is are some images of our ftp site to try and explain. Is there another way that I can upload everything from the .zip file and be sure that I'm uploading everything to the correct location? I am just not sure where the contents of the uploaded package are supposed to go. Is there a way that I can do it from my Administration Control Panel?
