Making Checkout process easier

I am new to this and don't understand the technical aspects of what I am asking, but here you go.

The checkout process in our cubecart store seems complicated. We have had many customers complain they couldn't use it.

I think much of it has to do with the terms and conditions button and answering all the questions. If you don't do it perfect, it makes you reenter all the info and if frustrates the casual buyer.

Can the check be reconfigured to remove the following:

1) "I do not wish to create an account" button

2) "Choose Password" and "Confirm Password" buttons

3) "I would like to receive store emails" button

4) "Terms of agreement" button

Is there a simple solution to making it easier to check out?
