USPS Error - to peurto rico

Everything seems to be working on my store except shipping to peurto rico. I get a white page that says "USPS ERROR", nothing more

I am using the usps api and dont seem to have an issue with anywhere else. africa, canada, etc.

Any ideas?

I just got this same error today. I think it may have something to do with the way cube calls for the country. On the address page and the drop down menu for country...there is "puerto rico" -- well, last time I knew, Puerto Rico was a US territory. Problem is, I tried it both ways, my customer had chosen United States and got that USPS ERROR page. I tried it as country "Puerto Rico" from cube's drop down menu and also got the same error.

Where does stuff like this get reported normally? I notice no one answered the first poster's question. Any ideas how to get this fixed? Thanks!

I am having this issue with any country that has a comma in it.

IE. Korea, Republic of
