I have configured the By Weight module to the following: Zone 1 Countries: AU Zone 1 Handling Fee: 0 Zone 1 Shiping 1st Class Rates: 10:0.01 Zone 2 Countries: NZ Zone 2 Shiping 1st Class Rates: 1:1.00,3:1.00,5:1.00 It seems Zone 1 only works, but for both countries. My thoughts on this originally was that when choosing Australia as the currency, it would choose 1st Class and when choosing New Zealand, it would use second class. With regards to the 0.01 for the Zone 1 Shiping 1st Class Rates, this was the only way I can get it working. To get this working, I have to do the following: Zone 1 Countries: AU Zone 1 Handling Fee: 0 Zone 1 Shiping 1st Class Rates: 10:0.01 Zone 1 Shiping 2nd Class Rates: 1:1.00,3:1.00,5:1.00 Then during checkout it displays both 1st Class and 2nd Class freigth weights. The ideal solution would be to automate this between the countries. Worst case scenario, I can put some text in step 3 advising the customer what to do select.
