Guest littlelegs Posted July 19, 2010 Share Posted July 19, 2010 I changed my shipping to free and now i cannot change it back. | would like eventually to charge different rates for differant countrys, but for now I would just like to charge a flat rate. I have dissabled "free shipping" and enabled flat rate but shipping still shows N/A This is driving me mad and costing me money. leeofaccy Posted July 20, 2010 Share Posted July 20, 2010 Hi Julie Are you logged in when checking? If you are not logged in, the shipping shows as N/A, until you are. Or, if you haven't got, or don't want an account to checkout, you won't see the shipping cost until you fill in the shipping/invoice info etc. because you could have different rates for different places and it won't know what postage value to set until you have given an address, even if you have set a flat rate. If you already haven't done so, create a dummy account, log in, click on one of your products, Add to basket then View Basket. You should now see your shipping cost.
