That really depends on where you want them to show up you could edit yoru home page content to include them there...or create a site doc for inclusion call social links or what ever or you could include it on the right or left side colums by editing the /skins/YOUR SKIN/styleTemplates/global/index.tpl and cart .tpl Hope this helps!
