I've been looking at a tutorial by Mark Gunter regarding digital products and I cannot for the life of me find the 'server root directory' via my ftp. I am hosted with siteground.com, don't know if that makes a difference. I do not even see an option to create a 'NEW FOLDER' via ftp. If I am to find /usr/local/vhosts/www.domain_name/ OR /home/username/public_html/domain_name, I cannot find either. If anyone has any experience with this, especially uploading different formats of embroidery files and would like to share their knowledge I would be in your debt. Thank you.
