Guest Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 Hi All, The issue I am having is that the product counts are wrong. Most of the categories on my online store show '0' products in the menu. When I click on the category name, I can see a list of products. I have checked the support page on the cube cart website and all it says to do is rebuild+recount category and product counts. I have tried this and the only two results I get are either 'page cannot be displayed' or a blank white page and the product counts are not updated. Is there anyway I can correct the issue with the rebuild function or is the only solution to just remove the product counts entirely as suggested on the support page? I would be very grateful for any help or advice that someone can provide. If there are any details missing from above, please just ask.
