Imaging problems

I have a number of product images on my website. They are .gif images and are all stored in the same folder (/images/uploads/thumbs). The product descriptions and images are spread over 3 pages on the website with 6 ea on 2 pages and 1 on the last page.

When I view the product images on the website and click on 'inspect element' for 12 of the products I see:

<img src="/images/uploads/thumbs/thumb_contract_templates.gif" alt="General Contractor Templates" border="0" title="General Contractor Templates" width="262" height="89"> (where /thumb_ is the product image name.

However, on the 3rd page, the latest image for the DC, shows exactly the same thing but the image is c***. It has been saved in exactly the same way, same size and filed in the same folder as all the others so why is it looking so bad?

I have deleted, edited and uploaded any number of times but to no avail. Any thoughts??

You can see the product images here: http://www.virtualbusinessinabox.co.uk/all...t_2.html?page=2

Hi Dawn

The image is blurred because it has been stretched. All of your other images are 300x102px but that particular one is 100x34. Have you used the image uploader in CubeCart, which will also produce your thumbnails to a size set in General Settings, or have you uploaded them via FTP seperatly, ie your large image and your thumbnails? If you have uploaded them by FTP, you will need to resize the image, then re-upload it, or delete all your thumbs and use Build/Rebuild thumbnails, under the Thumbnails tab in the Admin panel.
