Guest keithwjones Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 I'm back again - well looks as though I am going to get a CC site off the ground. I'm going to use ver 4 and make some changes to one of the included skins at this stage. Can someone please confirm that the recognised way to do this is copy, rename skin and install the skin. Then I make changes to the core files, layout.css, style.css etc. The reason I ask this is because I am used to using WP with Thesis theme, now with this you do NOT change core files but make all changes in a file called custom.css which then overrides that part of the original css files. The point of this is when you upgrade you do not loose your changes and just have to copy custom.css across. Keith Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
