Quiztoon Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 Hi all I have a small shop with only 24 products in it at the moment and I am having trouble with the tax. When selecting a product and putting it into the basket then continuing to checkout the shop has not added any tax. IN the individual products the Tax Class: is set to standard tax which is 17.5% and in the general settings under locale the 'Include tax in prices? (With this enabled you must add tax into the price of the goods and it is applied to all customers)' is currently set to no. I assumed that if this was set to no that the tax would be added to the product and not included in the price. I also tried this with it set to yes but it didn't make any difference. Has anybody got any idea what the problem might be.
