Guest someone1 Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Hello, I install CC4.4.2 using trial mode , and when finish installing it , and i log in administrator CP , i try to enter to General Settings, or even to any other settings or options that are there , but the problem that i get this message : Error 401: You do not have permission to access that page. Please ask one of the super users to grant this for you. What is reason of that problem exactly ? , is bcuz of glob() function that is not yet active on that server ? leeofaccy Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Hi Did you set up the installation yourself? It looks like a permissions issue on your administrator account. If someone else installed the store and made you an administrator, they may have not given you all permissions i.e a super-user. If that is the case, you will have to get them to log in, click edit on your username and check the YES radio button next to Make Super User?.
