Guest Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 Hi All... I'm using the standard "Royal Mail" shipping method, but no description appears when customers are going through the checkout? A dropdown box appears with the options is - - but no description appears in the Royal Mail shipping option? You can see on there that "Next Day" and "Two Day" appear - they are renamed first and second class from the "By Weight" Shipping Method, and the last one is the collection mod from Robsta. But the Royal Mail one (£3.98 with a blank after it) has no description? And there's no option to enter anything in the Royal Mail Shipping Method page, and I can't see anything in the language file either? Anyone know how to get it to show "Royal Mail" ?
