Guest Leos Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 Hi, a couple of years back I installed a version of CubeCart 3. Recently, I decided to wipe it all (including database & user) and restarted from scratch. I've tried to install v.3.0.20 but when I submit step 3, I get this error message: '403 Forbidden You don't have permission to access /storefront/install/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.' I have made sure my permissions are 0777 where applicable in step 2 and I've recently installed CC3 on a friend's site (same host as me) without any issues. What could be causing this? Cheers.
