I purchased an e-commerce site from a company who creates stores using Cubecart as a product. For months I've had no problems moderating my online store and adding new products. Tonight I logged on and found that all of my 'edit product' information was in HTML code. Disaster! My service provider won't help me with Cubecart issues and so I am not sure what to do to rectify the situation. I just wanted to know if somehow I have changed a setting (or if there is a setting I can change) that will change my 'edit' function so that I can simply paste non-html content into my product pages (using varying fonts and colours).
