Guest infrasound Posted March 5, 2011 Share Posted March 5, 2011 Hi All, I have set up my store to comply with Australian law, by including tax in the price of all items. The tax is correctly displayed on the invoice for all goods, however Tax on shipping is added afterwards. How can I include tax in the shipping price so that it is not added to the invoice total? If your shipping cost is $1 and your tax is say 15%, set the shipping price to $1.15, then the tax is included rather than added on after. Lee Hi Lee, The problem with this method, is that the "total tax" amount shown on the invoice is incorrect. This amount needs to be correct. To fix the problem, All it needs is a check box in admin that "includes tax in shipping amount". The option already exists for products.
