Besides putting up a very nasty message on the store home page, which I think they did by putting the store on vacation, this person also had access to the database and removed the admin identity all together - meaning, there is no admin login and password in the database, no users at all. I know how to reset a password directly in mysql but I do not know how to create a new admin user. I put in a support ticket for this but am not getting anywhere. The client is getting extremely agitated and so I would appreciate if anyone can direct me as to how I do this, I would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
