The administrator is a super-user and has, or had, access to all facets of the back-end. Now something has happened after logging in where the STORE CONFIG files, all 4 of them cannot be accessed. I get a second prompt for UN and Password and then an error message that reads "You Do Not Have Permission To Access This." Never happened before and these are the only four menu categories affected. Suggestions are welcomed. I've downloaded 2 screen shots; the first is the screen I get when I go into an administrative session, no problems unless I click on GENERAL SETTINGS - or any other option in that category. The second is the screen I see AFTER I click on, say, GENERAL SETTINGS. The error message comes after trying to "log in" the second time.
