Over a year ago, we had custom mods installed to our site so our site could be used for wholesale and dropshipping (as well as retail as normal). After a customer applies for a trade account, the trade prices could be attained when the trade customer logs into their account. Everything was fine with these mods up until a few days ago. Several days ago, we installed the AU/EU/UK Tax v1.6 mod which we purchased from Estelle's Mod Store. This Mod works perfectly now, however the problem that we are experiencing since installing this mod is that when a customer logs into an approved Wholesale account, when they click on each product page to view the description, the price is shown including 17.5% VAT. 17.5% VAT is only added here. The entire dropshipping platform (both when the account is pending and approved) is ok and 20% is added everywhere correctly, the retail platform is ok and VAT is added correctly at 20%, and even most of the wholesale platform is calculated correctly (for both pending and approved accounts), it is just when the product description is viewed on approved accounts only. We have 20% VAT set in the Taxes header in Admin. Could it be that Estelle's mod is asking this to calculate at 17.5% just for this type of account, but this is so strange and confusing that it would be just for this account type and not all.
