EXCEPT - for that the emails are not working I setup the emails correctly for our server, and tried both SMTP and the PHP mail() options... CubeCart version is: v5.0.5 Anyone got any ideas? Guest farminz93 Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 We have almost got the same issue. sometimes it sends out emails (rarely) but most of the time doesn't bother. we are using the PHP mail() method. I submitted this as a support ticket but then stopped getting responses from cubecart. i guess that they thought that it has been resolved. marcelva Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 In version 5.0.6 you can set up when to receive mail as admin when a customer places an order (you can choose pending or processing). I noticed the customer only gets mail when status is set to processing. So maybe you can upgrade tot the latest version (5.0.6) and try again?
