Ms Holly Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 All of a sudden I am having a problem across platforms customers who register as they place their order are being flicked back to the registration screen and where the new password and password confirmation box shows again they enter their details hit enter and then they get a message to say email already in use. Once they do this there appears to be no other options to proceed, the email address doesn't appear in customers list and they can't order Other customers this week appear to have been able to register. Ms Holly Posted January 17, 2014 Author Share Posted January 17, 2014 Just remembered something I have learnt from this forum previously and checked the error log the cc5.CubeCart_sessions database had crashed so I am reparing that and will see if that does the job.
