Guest Posted February 11, 2005 Share Posted February 11, 2005 Anyone know of common tax laws? Am I required to charge taxes to my customers? If I choose to, is it only for people in my own state? Guest Posted February 11, 2005 Share Posted February 11, 2005 The tax law as I understand it is that you have to charge sales tax in any state that you vhave a physical presence.
