file manager or control panel?

I installed CC3 today through my hosting provider.

I requested if there was a control panel and they pointed me to where the software was installed - http://oasisgiftshop.com/CubeCart/upload/

That was a no brainer but I have been reading these forums and it seems that I should be seeing an actual control panel. Right now all I can see is the files within the file manager to update.

When I log into the site where the software is installed as "admin", it brings up a profile like a customer but no actual controls to change the settings.

Will I need to update all the files manually through file manager or should I be able to access a control panel through this software which will make updates much easier?

Sorry in advance if this question has been answered before. I tried doing a search for it and did not find the answer.

I am sure there is someone here who can charge you to help fix this problem, but let me give it a try for FREE...

It will be your root setup url plus admin at the end, i.e.

http://oasisgiftshop.com/CubeCart/upload/admin
