Please can I seek your assistance by completing the online questionnaire at http://www.cis.strath.ac.uk/~nmiller/index.html . This questionnaire should take 5 minutes and simply asks a number of simple (mainly yes/no/don't know) questions regarding how your business operates its website. The questionnaire may highlight some legislation or regulatory requirements that you may wish to think about and therefore completing the questionnaire may actually benefit you as well as me. The questionnaire is anonymous and therefore you can offer any answers and thoughts that you wish without identifying yourself or the website that you operate.
