Error in Version 3

I couldn't find a way to enter a new bug into the bugs section, so i will enter this one here instead, perhaps the moderator could move it for me into the bugs section.

When you ship by weight and put a first and second class rates in the admin, it will show up at checkout just fine. It will give you a selection between the two rates, however it will not add the 2nd class rate to the total amount in the cart if you select that and click update cart. It only adds the 1st class rates into the cart total.
