Install error Step 2

Hello,

I am runnning win2000 server, sql2000, and php 5.0.4. I have turned register_globals to "on".

These are issues I am having.

Notice: Undefined variable: submit in ***mywebserverinfo***\install.php on line 111

Notice: Undefined variable: submit in ***mywebserverinfo***\install.php on line 133

These are issues that appear when install.php first goes to step 2.

This is the screen that appears after I enter info on step 2.

STEP 2: BUILD CONFIG.PHP AND DATABASE

At this point there a no further options.

Any help is appreciated

I am getting similar messages during the intall, so I did a manual install. The site seems to run fine, but I still get undefined variable error messages at the bottom of the page.
