Too cubecart looking for my taste...but, unless you were TRYING to get away from the cubecart look, then this isn't a problem. Personally, I would mute the blue just a tad,,,its terribly bright. I also, would leave the categories listed in the categories box, and perhaps put the Site Map in its own box. Like Rob said, at first it was difficult to find which link was for the products.
