Am not really sure about the laws and conditions in selling digital contents like audio, video in the internet.. What and where can i purchase such right, if there's any? I already have registered a limited company and nothing was mentioned about rights to resell or something... anyone can shed light about this? thanks. You'll need to contact the copyright holder in order to obtain reseller rights, but if you check the copyright notices and licenses packaged with the software/etc (where applicable) then it usually gives you a fair idea on your rights to the product.
