Checkout problem with ccNow, suggestion needed.

Hi, I'm new here and just trying cubecart, generally I love it, however I faced a little problem.

I just installed cubecart and choose ccNow as the payment gateway, I finished adding products and already setup my ccNow account and put all related product id in there. Then I did checkout testing, but it seems failed, msg something like this:

X_login: invalid login (or login fail)

I'm sure I put the correct ccnow id, by the way in cubecart admin screen I didn't put anything under 'activation key' because I dont know what it means? I just put my merchant id and description.

Is the problem because I didn't put activation key or it was a cubecart bug?

Anyone face the same problem any solutin please? thank you for your suggestion :)

I just got this working today. Here is what I needed to do:

1) You HAVE to sign-up using the ccnow signup page which is linked from the main page of cube cart. Here is the link:

2) Once you have signed up, you can retrieve your activation key by doing the following:

-Log into your ccnow account

-Click "Settings & Options"

-Click "Shopping Cart"

-Scroll all the way to the bottom, and your activation key will be displayed there

-Enter that activation key into the ccnow gateway module in cubecart
