Guest donna61
Hi Brooky I must say I'm a bit disappointed with the instructions for upgrading. I have version 2.0.6 - from what I have read in other threads here, people are talking about having to upload all your products again? Surely not? Could you please write a step by step of what needs to be done. i.e. do I have to upgrade to 2.0.7 then to Alpha, then to Alpha R.G.F., then to Alpha 2, then to Beta, then to Final? I am so confused. Guest Earth Bizz
As far as I know the word "Upgrade" is misused in this case. You CANT upgrade to CC3. What you do is REPLACE your current version with CC3. That means re-uploading ALL your product images and descriptions and starting fresh. Also you will lose all your customer data. Unless you can transfer the database from CC2 to CC3 ..... See link below .. a bit tricky if you're not used to manipulating databases. http://www.cubecart.com/site/forums/index....830&hl=database The only way to avoid this is to stay with your current version. .. Sorry. :(

Guest Earth Bizz
I think this is what vrakas is referring to ... Transfering the Catalog and Customers from a CC2 database to a CC3 database. http://www.cubecart.com/site/forums/index....830&hl=database As in the post above.
