Currenlty its based on how much you order and the shipping is calculated from that, not per item. On my international orders I have had to add the shipping after when I contact the customer. Has anyone taken a look at this in CC3? I'd like to do the same table rate shipping, but if it sees its a customer for an international order it will add the international shipping rate instead of the table rate.
