Guest joemart
Hi Please excuse my ignorance. Can you help? It is my first real attempt at Cubecart or for that matter php I installed v3.0.0 using fantastico on my host, succesfully. To my surprise it was easy!! Can some kind soul answer these 3 questions for me: q1. Now I want to upload 200 tangible items from a csv file. Is that possible? How would I do that? Do I need to buy some software to do that? I already tried doing a couple manually and it looks good to me See bettymart.com It would be great if the manual indvidual input could be replaced with a bulk import from a csv file or it will take me a very long time to input the goods descriptions. Despite my ignorance in these matters I have an up to date .csv file of my product . q2. If I pay for a licence, can I sell that licence. I am used to selling domain names and would like to add value to the domain name by bundling it with hosting and a pre installed ecommerce solution? q3 Is my signature within the rules ? Thanks in advance Joe Honan Melbourne, Australia

Guest
I had a look at that URL ,saztar, and it is right over my head. Do I really want to manager ALL my SQL tables in a SQL databases? haha, emailed you back.. for sites with large inventories.. even if it is 50 or up.. having the ablility to manager the tables using a CSV file is great.. you can make so many changes without going to each product... just editing the product in the file.. and uploading the updates to the SQL.. another huge plus it not having to add products one at a time.. i know for me.. i have ran stores that were over 5,000 products.. and it took hours.. and hours.. and hours of work and did it all for me in a few minutes.. try the online demo and you will have an idea of how this program works.. i plan to make a 'download mode' one of these days.. and might make a add-on just for CCv2 to CCv3 changes.. and all upgrades to CSVv2 will be free with a lic. sorry.. im really not trying to 'sell' anyone on this program.. but thought i would give a few words on it.. and the plans for it..
