Guest falsoft Posted August 1, 2005 Share Posted August 1, 2005 Hi All, I am working on the design of a store project which is on a .co.uk tld, I now want to port it to the same domain name with a .com tld which is on another server before I start uploading lots of products into the cart and before I purchase the licence key. Is it easy or possible to move everything to the new server without losing the hours and hours of work that I have already put in so far? I am hoping that it will be a straightforward case of moving the script but I really don't have a clue. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Guest vrakas Posted August 1, 2005 Share Posted August 1, 2005 Hi there, i do know that you can do a backup of MySQL and later restore it then you copy the images folder and finally a few files are kept (includes/global.inc.php is one of them) and the CC3 works fine.
