Guest fiddy Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 you need to chmod the file permissions to 777 (read|write|execute x 3) your friendly ftp program should be able to do this. try right-clicking the files ON THE SERVER and see what menu you get. in WS_FTP it's Operations > ftp commands > CHMOD Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest vrakas Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 includes/global.inc.php 0644 0777 Remember to set this back to 644 when you are finished installing and then delete the folder "install" so you can view it online.
