Guest Shanus Posted August 14, 2005 Share Posted August 14, 2005 Hi, hopefully this can be done and I have had a "man's" look and missed it.... I have a digital product (ebook) I am selling using CC and Paypal. Once the order is placed, I have to manually change the status to processing to get CC to send the confirmation email and 2nd email with the download link to the customer. As this is a digital product, it shouldn't need my intervention to get the ball rolling for the order. At the moment it does. Is there a way to automate this? If the book I sell becomes popular ($5.00 book with lots of info), I dont really want to have to click on every order and change the status to processing. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
