Do you manually approve an order and then send the download link via Linklok? I don't know how Linklok can support instant delivery of the download link once the order is put through CubeCart (instead of Linklok). Thanks! There's a Version of Linklok for CC4. You generate an encrypted link with linklok once you create a product. Instant delivery worked fine for me with paypal. An email is sent with the downloadlink. You had better stop using this version of Linklok for CC4 if you don't want somebody who ordered your products to put them onto those file-sharing sites. If you visit the Linklok site again, you will find this particular version of Linklok is no longer existed. PM me if you'd like to know how it is flawed. :-)

No, don't disable the product or the URL won't work for sure. What you can do is to add a new Category and hide it, then put the product you want to hide under this invisible category. Hope this helps.

My digital-download store is running CC4.2.1 for over 1 year without much problem. Since yesterday, it suddently stop sending my customers the emails titled "Order Complete #xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx" and "Downloads Access: xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx" after an order is "Complete & Dispatched" paid via PayPal. Of course I don't receive the "Order Complete" email either. I haven't done anything on my store CC4 script & its settings for a long time, could you please advice how this problem would occur? I don't know where I can start to find the problem at all. Please help. Thanks very much.

This has worked well for my CC4.2.1 store. Thanks. Next time please keep us (who are still using older CC4) in mind at the very beginning whenever you issue a critical patch, so we would NOT encounter unnecessary troubles, actually, lots of unnecessary troubles. Thanks again.

We are still using CC4.2.1 and have experienced exactly the same problem after only uploading the new cc_admin_session.php file over the existing one. We have then reverted the change to make the admin side work again.
