My site stats are showing a lot of errors (file missing) for category URLs. I have enabled SEO URLs and if you click on the category menu each category now has a URL such as: http://store/downloads.html However my site stats show that somebody (or something) is linking to: http://store/downloads (without the html) And so showing an error. Is there something in the redirect file that is missing? Or maybe the ".html" should not be there Can anyone help please?

Is there a list of which files have changed anywhere? I have customised some of the php and it would be handy to know for which I might leave so they aren't overwritten. Or has every single file changed? Also, if I have a 3rd party skin, do I need to wait for that developer to upgrade the skin? Thanks

My site error logs are showing a lot of errors in regard to a directory which is not there: e.g. The error log doesn't show any referring page, just a lot of file missing warnings. Should I have this directory? My store is cubecart 5 upgraded from 4 with a third party skin: Galaxy

It is just enabled. No IPs entered in the field. This is a new fresh install with hardly anything changed form default.

Yes, I can reset the link, but I can't see the URL there.

I tried that , it seems to work. ie an account is created and they can log in with the password created by the admin, however, even though there is a valid (reset) download link, there is only an download expired message in the customer account area. My reason for this query is connected with my other thread, ie what to do if an unregistered customer doesn't get, or loses, their download link email. If they (or I) can register an account for them that should at least be a workaround, but it seems that it won't work if their link says expired there, even though it isn't. Odd.

It seems that if a customer makes a purchase without registering, they are then unable to register subsequently, the following message appears when attempting to register: The following errors were detected: That email address is already being used. Is there a reason why they should not be allowed to register after making a purchase?

I have been receiving quite a few emails from customers who say they didn't get a download link. This seems to be happening with orders that combine physical goods with downloads. They all say they have checked their spam fileters. These are customers who don't register an account so they don't have a customer area. If this happened previously with CC4 it was not a problem, because I was always CC'd the download link email (or else I could see their link on the order page) but this doesn't seem to happen now with version 5. Is there a way for me to (re)generate the link email or get access to the link URL so I can tell them? Thanks.

OK, I did some more testing. It seems Cubecart doesn't like a weight of 1.25 - it ignores it yet .75 or .1.75 is fine If I change it to 1.2 or 1.3 everything is fine. So this must be a bug I think rather than my stupidity.

I have set my Zone 1 (UK) prices for weight: 0.01:0,0.1:2.90,0.25:1.5,0.5:2,0.75:3,1.00:5,1.25:6,1.5:7,1.75:8,2:9,4:10,7:25 I must have made some stupid mistake, but I cannot fathom it out as it seems to skip the price for <1.25 e.g adding products to the basket .96 kg is £5.00 (as it should be be) BUT 1.080kg is£7 (it should be £6) can anyone see what I've done wrong please?

I have sort of solved the issue by just adding html to the skin/style/templates/main.php (This is for Kourouto with a RH sidebar, other styles would be different depending on the sidebar div but should be straightforward if you know a teeny bit of coding) I uploaded an image to it's own directory (e.g. /customimages/) After <div class="sidebar" id="sidebar_right"> I added the image location and link to product. Does this mean if a customer buys a download without opening an account, and they lose the email or give an incorrect email address, then without this hack there is no way to find the link? I want to know if it's possible (e.g. As with a vbulletin forum) to be experimenting with a skin but not have it selectable by customers, so only admin can view the front store with this under development skin while working on it, customers only see the skin chosen as default. This would save me taking the store offline while working on the new one. Thanks.
