    Thanks for the reply, yes I thought I was going to have a great year in 21015 as well...lol

    The sales report filter works fine on selected date ranges, the sales graph on the dashboard still shows 2013 sales chart, and shows a blue box for 2015 with no sales chart for 2015, but 2014 sales line and 2014 color box have has completely disappeared.

    I would also like this option to select the default shipping method, we use weight for Courier and Australia Post
    Courier comes up as default, and scares customers away when they see the cost, not thinking to use the drop down and bail out of the order costing us sales.

    Can you please make this a future mod, and or a tick box rather then drop box ?

    The order lookup has 2 fields I never knew this as I only had one field labeled
    Order Number and Email address are two fields they customer needs to fill out
    For some reason my order lookup is NOT showing the label for email I have had the code checked and it is ok but will not show the email address
    Is anyone else having this issue ?

     

    Also it would be great if the customer could see their dispatch date and tracking number on this lookup.

I have previously reported a bug about Lookup Order not working until the customer is logged in - which totally rules out Ghost customers and makes no logical sense even for Registered Customers - since they could easily find their order in their account if they logged in. Haven't seen a resolution of it yet. I did add a note about your issue with ghost customers.

    As we really need an option for POA pricing but only some items I can do a work around by using the out of stock feature but would need to change the description.

    ie: Contact us for stock and pricing.  

     

    Can this be done and where do I find the text ?

  6. Seems like this issue is back, I have not upgraded to 5.2.2 still on 5.2.1 yet, but there was nothing in the release notes that it was fixed.
    Anybody else having the

     Please enter a valid CVV2 security code. This is a three or four digit code normally found on the rear of the card.

  7. Just wanted to see if anyone else has problems with the search panel that appears on the RHS of the admin page,
    I tend to flick across ie on the products page to that RHS to edit or delete and get this panel auto openeing up as I moved too far with the mouse.
    I just find it really annoying, can we disable this or put a button instead of this auto panel ?

    No I did not, I have not made any changes since the SSL intro which has been working fine. up until now.

     

    Now my basket continually times out, or is super slow, there is no other issue with the host, they have also checked, working around the page and downloading all work fine and fast, but the cart grinds to a halt. 
    Then comes up with an Internal Server Error, refresh sometimes works, sometimes hangs. 
    When it does come through, it loops.

     

    I have tried to load test order and am experiencing the same issues as my customers, normally get 10-20 orders per weekend, this weekend 2

     

    Now costing me sales and customers.
    NOT HAPPY ! 

  9. I had an answer from Support re the cart :

     

    Many sites are dropping the 'www.' from their addresses, and they very much should, but some people still visit with the outdated hostname. The problem is that your site's SSL settings are locked to the www. version only and anybody who visits without it then adds stuff and goes to their cart will find it empty. So you need to add code to your .htaccess file which takes all requests to one version or the other. I would suggest WITHOUT the 'www.' as it makes web addresses shorter and easier to deal with.

  10. Im not sure if it is a new problem on my site but it has only been reported yesterday and I just had a go myself and found the same problem.

     

    When a customer registers and then trys to log in again to check out they are taken back to the cart screen but are not logged in - then they can't check out with the same email as it comes up that they are already registered.   The reset /resend password doesn't  seem to be working either.

     

    Any thoughts?

  11. I don't know why its started as no mods have been made since last year.

    Now getting quite a few errors.

    I have numerous customers know informing us of placing items in the basket and the basket showing up blank

    And or going to checkout and looping and not being able to move forward.

    Not being allowed to log in as returning customers, email already registerd.

     

    Support ticket submitted.
