Just had another transaction where the same thing happened. I am using version 1.0.7 of the Paypal Plugin and it is still not preventing completion of the order.

Nope. Didn't realize I needed to be tracking those too. I've been good about keeping the cart updated, but the Paypal plugin is out of date. I'll be updating that today.

We sell digital products. Since the order was marked as complete, most of the files had been downloaded before I deleted the order.
The transaction ID does not show in PayPal (normal or classic view). I've contacted their fraud department to see if they can help out as well.

I just discovered a large fraudulent purchase on our storefront. I'm not sure what happened, but I have shifted to catalog mode until I figure out how to prevent it from happening again.
There was no matching transaction listed on Paypal so I don't know if this is a Cubecart or Paypal issue. I've took screenshots and downloaded the database before deleting the orders.
Any suggestions/insight would be appreciated.

Brian, any resolution on this? I show the same thing in 6.0.5 for line 726 in user.class.php for a customer that reported problems while resetting her password.

I just created an order to test it. The digital download does not appear in the Digital Downloads section, and an email is not sent with download links. I'll head over to GitHub and add a feature request.

Just updated to 6.0.4 a few days ago, and this does not appear to be in the source code. Any ideas if this will still work or if it can be added to the 6.1.0 milestone?

I just dug through the access logs, and it appears that the site isn't finding one of the images (images/menu_top_open.png), but I can't find any mention of it in any of the admin stylesheets. It's just strange. I'll go ahead and submit a trouble ticket.

Okay. I was grasping at straws for this issue. It makes it very difficult to list/edit products when I have to reselect the file after each change. I don't see anything in the Request Log for the 404 error.

Yes, I have refreshed the page. This has been going on for several weeks (since updating), but I was just informed by the person that does the product listings.

@Al, I did a clean install on my local machine to test it. I'll try hard refresh, although I am uneasy to do that on a live site. There was nothing that showed up in the php error logs.

Working in 5.2.11 or 5.2.12, modifying the product causes the digital file to be deselected. This happens if I select Save or Save & Reload. Is this a known bug? It started after upgrading from 5.2.4.

Config::getInstance() was a Globals call. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. Thanks for the speedy response.

I recently updated to add an SSL certificate to my site. Some of the issues that I had before with customer redirection went away, but I started receiving reports of HTTP 500 errors and a few different redirection messages. Looking at the error log, I have the following error: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/public_html/store/classes/cart.class.php on line 1015
One person reported receiving this message: the web address you entered could not be found. You were trying to go to https://www.savvystitchesapplique.stire/index.php?_a=gatewayMy standard and SSL store URLs are correct. I'm at a loss at what I need to look at. -
The file from phpMyAdmin was not compressed. I may have missed that setting when I was setting up the backup.
The store has only been open since December 2012, so thank you. If I want to maintain the ability to reset customer's download links, would I need to maintain that order history?

Database backed up by phpMyAdmin was 71.7MB. The largest table is CubeCart_order_summary at 41.1MB with 7900 records.

I've been unable to backup recently, and I think it has to do with my database size. I've increased the PHP memory allocation to 512M, but I'm still getting the following error when I try to backup. I end up with a blank page and no database backup created. I can do a full backup of files for the store. The error below appears in my log file.

Any ideas? This is still a problem - I have a customer that has tried MSIE 11 and the latest build of Chrome. Is it possible that she is being redirected to the following URL based on her settings?

@Al, I thought this was fixed when I updated the cookie domain, but I received another report this morning. I'm waiting on information from the customer to figure out what browser she was using.

There's no additional information on the IPN page on PayPal other than number of retries (zero) and delivery status (sent).
In the CubeCart Request Log and Transaction Log, there are no corresponding entries to the purchase.

This happened twice using two different versions of the Paypal Plugin. The second time the plugin detected that there was a grand total mismatch, but CubeCart still completed the transaction, allowing the individual to download everything they had placed in their cart.
Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the code to even start looking.
