Did you have any thoughts on how we can make the script under the "Fincharie's Rock & Pop Memorabilia" title and the Latest Producst title bar spread to reach across to the right hand side and also allow for there to be five rather than four products across as well? Hi. Hoping you can help me out here. I changed the general font size on our site (as it seems very small when viewed on an iPad) but now the header box for the "Your Shopping Basket" is too small for the title. Please can you explain how I can either increase the size of the header box or change the title to just display "Shopping Basket" instead. Also, we seem to have a column down the right hand side underneath the search box, which prevents anything beneath the documents title and logo from stretching over to the right hand side of the site thus enabling the display of more than four products across the page. Please can you explain how to make this column narrower so that we can display more products and also so that our introductory paragraph reaches across the page rather than appearing to stop short. Thanks for that but then what goes in the two shipping rates spaces below the handling costs? Which I have named First Class ( Signed for ) and second Class ? Think I've just realised the answer to my last question - the two spaces relate to our weight bands? Is that correct?

Hi, I'm having a few problems getting my shipping costs 'by weight' to work. I have set the weight unit to be Kg under the Stock tab in the Store Settings I have added a weight to each product added. I can get the flat rate postage to work but am unsure as to what needs to go in the "packaging Weight" option on the shipping by weight module set up page. Is it supposed to be a range or a set value? No matter what I try the postage still shows as £0.00 for both first and second class when something is submitted to the basket. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks

Thanks so much for replying! I'm completely new to this and am tearing my hair out. I was trying to edit it using TextEdit ( is this wrong? ) but the file permissions are showing as both read and write. I am using cyber duck to upload as I cannot use my FTP ipswitch on my mac and I am using easyspace to host the site.

How do you edit main.php in skin template? When I try I am told it is locked.
