We are having problems with PayPal/Cube cart, since you took over the webhosting the PayPal part of our website is not working correctly, PayPal does not seem to connect correctly as so there is something blocking it, we have been in touch with PayPal and Cube cart and they think it's something to do with the hosting your end, is there a way to share the info to them so they can investigate?
Currently when testing here (I placed a test order against order refs: 220920-154524-8637 & 220920-154745-4194 ) - I can get to the screen with the "PayPal checkout" button, when I click on this it opens a new window, then immediately closes.

Are you attempting to onboard with CubeCart as a vendor merchant? It appears that there is an issue in their onboarding flow.

the whole paypal part is missing? and when i try and reconnect through Admin it does nothing?

Yes i did click the blue button, it was working all fine before yesterday, i had a customer phone me saying the payment page does not work.

Is there an option anywhere to add Klarna and Clearpay for payment options? i see much more payment options on a lot of other websites, can this be added to the cart?

The time is when the upgrade was done, the strange thing is i have re-installed my postage extension and now the message has disappeared?
i did keep the original database when upgrading.

Yes, it just hangs, browser refreshes every 8-10 seconds, nothing changes!

Got this message appearing in the admin shop.

It will not run the upgrade, it just hangs!!
How do i fix this??

Is it possible to link my suppliers XML service server with all the stock etc to my Cubecart website and show all the information, and then a customer be able to purchase from my site but the information goes to my supplier for the delivery etc. the payment still needs to go to my account and just the order is sent to supplier. ??
Is there a person or business on this forum that could do it ?

Hi Malcolm,
Still seems to open then immediately close the paypal pop-up window unfortunately.
Looking online I see a few others have had similar issues with deprecated PayPal / api versions. Is the plugin version the latest / most up to date?
It may also be worth double checking that the plugin hasn't been replaced with a newer different PayPal plugin as we've seen similar recently with other content management systems such as WordPress.
